Delivery Information

Within 50 miles of Swindon we offer a "white glove" premium service carried out by our experienced team. This includes:

  • Delivery to the room of your choice
  • Unpacking
  • Assembly (if required)
  • Positioning in room

 How much will it cost?

This service is free on all order over £500 within 50 miles of Swindon. For delivery outside of this area we calculate the delivery cost at £2 a mile after the initial 50 miles with a maximum of 125 miles. Please enquire within for a deliveries that exceed this.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery timescales are estimated depending on stock and availability. Stock items can generally be delivered within 10 working days of ordering.

Items that require manufacturing such as branded items can take anywhere from 8-14 weeks to complete depending upon fabric availability etc.

If you have ordered several items with different lead times it is advisable to apply the longest lead time for estimating delivery.

What happens on the day of delivery?

You will have been contacted directly from Manor Furniture and given a date of delivery; you may also have been asked for full payment of goods. If the goods still have a balance outstanding, you will be contacted on the day of delivery.

Your goods will be delivered to your room of choice and unpacked and inspected with all packaging being taken away before our delivery team leave.

What happens if my furniture is damaged on delivery?

Our Home Delivery Specialists treat every piece of furniture as if it was their own. Their mission is to ensure you’re 100% happy from the moment you choose your furniture to the day it arrives. In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives with signs of transit damage, our team of Home Delivery team will endeavour to help you with one or more of the following options:

  • If the furniture is useable, despite the damage, we’re happy for you to go ahead and use it
  • The Delivery team will complete an incident report form to record the problem. They may also take photographs to accompany the paperwork.

The Incident Report form will be returned to the Manor furniture store, logged against your purchase order number, and assessed for action•

  • A technician will contact you and arrange to visit and repair the problem to manufacturing standards. If he/she cannot resolve the matter on the first visit and parts are required, we will try to source them as quickly as possible
  • If a repair cannot be made, we will replace the furniture, or give a full refund. The goods that are deemed faulty revert to the ownership of Manor Furniture and must be in our possession before monies are refunded.

Can you store my furniture until I’m ready for delivery?

We can store your furniture for up three months, please be mindful that your guarantee will start from the day we received your furniture and full payment will be required.

Removal Information

We have partnered with Clearbee to provide a removal and recycling service. Whether it be large furniture or a mattress you need to removing, Clearabee makes it easy to book a collection and get rid of your unwanted furniture on a day that suits you, freeing up space for us to deliver your new items to you!

Same day collection is also available. Our online system makes it simple to arrange your contact free removal slot! Once collected Clearabee will recycle and use your unwanted items to help landfill diversion. They also have a reforestation project so you can help the planet whilst having a clear out!
